No Gain No Love (Korean: 손해 보기 싫어서; RR: Sonhae Bogi Sileoseo) is an upcoming South Korean television series directed by Kim Jung-Sik and written by Kim Hye-Young. Starring Shin Min-A and Kim Young-Dae, the romantic comedy is set to air on tvN and TVING from August 26, 2024. The series will occupy the Monday and Tuesday 20:50 time slot, following the conclusion of "Serendipity's Embrace."

Plot

Son Hae-Young (Shin Min-A) is a woman who refuses to lose money under any circumstance. Throughout her childhood, she had to share her mother's love with others, which influenced her to guard her financial and emotional resources carefully. Often finding her romantic partners below her expectations, she now faces the risk of losing out on a job promotion. To secure her status, she devises a plan for a fake wedding and enlists Kim Ji-Wook (Kim Young-Dae) to pose as her fiancé. Kim Ji-Wook, a part-time cashier at a convenience store, is a kind-hearted individual who strives to do the right thing and help those in need. Though he is smooth with every customer at his job, he finds Son Hae-Young particularly challenging. Despite this, he agrees to participate in her plan for a fake marriage.

Synopsis
